There are 7 main energy centers in the body, known as CHAKRAS or Vortex because the energy is rotating at different speed, frequency and vibration. Each Chakra is located throughout our body so that it correlates to specific body ailment and physical dysfunctions; each energy center also houses our mental and emotional strengths. When we have a physical issue, it creates weaknesses in our emotional behavior and vice versa. When we release the stale energy from the body, it can undo any tightness, stiffness, or malfunction of that area.
The clearing of the energy can also balance our emotional state of mind. The Chakra Mind-Body Balance is a two-way street: if there are certain fears and emotions we are holding on to, we experience physical restrictions, too.
There are numerous ways to balance your Chakras like meditation, guided imagery, Reiki etc.
Art Therapy is much underestimated and not many people know that it’s not just about drawing, but also, singing, acting and dancing.
Through dance and movement you can free yourself from the burdens of the day and if you do it right from the burdens of your life. You can connect to the lost parts of your soul and to your heart, that’s not just your fifth brain but also the center of love and forgiveness; love and forgiveness towards others and YOURSELF! You can also connect to your true core and become self-confident and authentic; find your place in the world, your family, at work and so on.
